Serving the town and the workings around it
Gwanda is a mining town first and a stop on the Beitbridge road second, and the station works for both. Small-scale and formal operations in the district run generators, pumps and light vehicles that all need diesel, and much of that demand arrives in containers rather than fuel tanks.

We are set up for that: measured decanting, proper containers and staff who will not fill something they should not. For the traffic passing through, it is simply the last reliable forecourt before a long stretch of road.
